This website is an information website for Anne Bakery, a bakery in Amsterdam. It does not sell products online, does not take payment and does not create customer accounts. Products shown here are sold in the bakery.

The product range changes with the season and with what has been baked on the day, so an item shown on this website may not be available at the moment you visit. Prices are shown in the bakery; if you need a price in advance, please ask us before ordering.

Photographs on this website are illustrative and items may differ in appearance.

Larger or advance orders can be arranged by phone or email. An order is only agreed once we have confirmed the items, the price and the collection time back to you. Until we confirm, no agreement exists.

If you need to change or cancel a confirmed order, please tell us as soon as possible so we can adjust what we bake.

Our products are made in a kitchen that handles gluten, dairy, eggs, nuts and other allergens, so we cannot guarantee that any item is free from traces of them. If you have an allergy, please ask us before you buy.

We take care to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date, but it is provided for general information. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under Dutch law.

Dutch law applies to these terms.
